Condor achieved Great Place to Work certification

Condor technologies gained The Great Place to Work Certification, a badge of honor that validates the employee experience created by companies for their people.  

The COVID-19 pandemic forced the company to move into a 100% remote work scheme. Although from a technical perspective the change was completely feasible and successful it presented big challenges related to the impact on the company’s culture. The company was able to maintain its high levels of quality, flexibility and closeness to its customers but needed to be creative in order to maintain the magic, the intangible asset that is its culture. Different strategies were implemented ranging from virtual meetings, one-on-one calls to surprise deliveries of cold cuts to its employees to celebrate special occasions. 

Another innovative initiative was to use the Great Place to Work assessment,  the world’s best employee experience survey, to measure its employee’s satisfaction. 

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on building, sustaining and recognizing high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures, working in more than 60 countries, across all six continents for over 30 years. The survey for Condor Technologies was done during July 2021 and allowed the company to benchmark its culture against the Best Companies to Work for.

Based on employees’ feedback on the Trust Index™ Survey, Condor Technologies earned the right to be recognized as a Great Place to Work®-Certified company. The results showed that 88% of its employees agreed with the statement that  Condor Technologies was a great place to work. The survey also showed 86% overall positive answers in areas that included diversity, pride, collaboration, justice, community and credibility.

The certification validates the great workplace culture built over the years and reinforces the commitment to continue making Condor a great place to work.
