Condor Technologies recently organized an educational workshop at the Instituto Superior de Formación Docente y Técnica N° 20 in Junín, Buenos Aires Province, aimed at bridging the gap between academic training and industry practice.

Led by Condor team members Leandro Aispuru – Team Leader, and Leandro Chivel – Java Developer, the session focused on programming tools, software architectures, and development methodologies. The workshop was specially tailored for second- and third-year students pursuing the Higher Technical Degree in Application Analysis, Development, and Programming.

During the session, students applied theoretical concepts through a collaborative practical challenge: developing a Java-based application. Divided into three parallel working groups responsible for different software layers, the students successfully integrated their code and verified full system functionality in record time, demonstrating technical capability, enthusiasm, and effective teamwork.

This initiative forms part of Condor Technologies’ broader commitment as a Certified B Corporation.
